Some new stuff

It just took me about 10 tries to get into my FTP lol :/ my FTP program seems to have mysteriously deleted my account information and I didn’t feel like searching through my email to find it. But I was able to log in so I uploaded some new graphics. I made some new cube backgrounds- click here to see all of the colors. Here’s an example of a blue one.

I also made a new pixel to add to the cube fruits on my adoptables page.

I really need to make a new layout. maybe one for spring? but I don’t have time to make one lately. It always takes me forever to think of a layout and finish it

I started classes again 2-3 weeks ago and I’m really busy with work already D: I have a lot of work to do and essays due soon. I have to write a 5 page paper for my geography class on how the economy has affected me. I can’t write 5 pages on that, wtf. My mom’s hours at work got cut, gas prices, food prices… but what else can I write about for 5 pages? :/ Most of my classes are boring except for Italian. My professor is awesome. She tries to get us to talk to each other and do group work which is good because I’m so anti social and I’m trying to change that. We’ve only done stuff like greetings, numbers, nouns, etc. so far. I can say stuff like “I have a pencil” lol.

Barbie computer games = awesome

I was in the itunes app store a few days ago when I saw a skiing app that reminded me of this game (SkiFree). I completely forgot it existed. I used to play that game all the time on our old Windows 95 computer back in the day . I didn’t even have internet on that computer. Just the basic stuff like MS paint. This brought back memories of all the old computer games I used to play. My Disney Kitchen was the best game ever. I tried to install it on my laptop but it runs SO slow on vista that it’s not even usable. I can still play it on the desktop computer though

There was also this Barbie computer game where you would rollerskate around and jump off ramps and stuff. I think there was a skiing/snowboarding option in the game too. I forget what it’s called, and I lost the CD. I wish I still had it. I’d still play Barbie games lulz. I had another game where there were different rooms and you could paint them in. I don’t remember the name of that one either. Oh, and an ice skating one too. Barbie games ftw. They were the best.

This girl has an awesome duck collection that puts my duck shrine to shame. The Statue of Liberty duck is epic, and I want all of the Bath and Body works ducks. Especially the snowbunny. I’m going to get a jumbo rubber duck from there if they’re still on sale whenever I go back to the mall. Here’s some duck stuff I bought recently.

I added the Secret Santa gifts to the gifts page. I used gift bags from Ferny’s site to link to them… I thought that was a cute idea. I probably won’t be updating with actual graphics or anything for a while, since I’m working full time again. I hate that place. They still don’t give me anything to do, so I have to play sudoku on my phone and go to the same 3 websites over and over since some are blocked. I don’t get it, why hire someone if you’re not going to give them anything to do??

I want to change this layout already. It’s only been up a week and I’m already tired of it, fail. So I might start working on a new one when I start school next week.

New year, new host, new layout

If you’re wondering why the site was down for almost a month, it was because of hosting problems. I went to it one day and saw that it was suspended. I waited a few days to see if my host’s site would come back up, but it didn’t. Then, near the end of December, cherry.nu was back up but the site was closing. So I switched hosts and I’m now hosted by Gaby at dailycute.net. Hopefully there won’t be any problems this time since I know Gaby and know that her site won’t be closing anytime soon. This is the third time I’ve switched hosts D:

There’s also a new layout, in case you haven’t noticed :P It was meant to be up on January 1^st, but I had some problems with the index page redirecting… turns out it was the .htaccess file. It’s just something I randomly made in Illustrator while I was trying out 3D text with gradients. I prefer ~cutesy~ layouts though, so I’ll probably change the layout soon.

I was part of 2 Secret Santas on forums last year (it feels weird saying last year already) and got so many great gifts from people. So I’ll be adding those to the gifts page soon

Also, I recently entered a contest to design a girls shirt and I’ve been getting a lot of votes, but my rank is still #55. Help me get to #1 if you like my entry :D Here’s the link to vote:
